London Marathon

The news & papers are always full of doom & gloom, it makes you believe there is no good left in the world.
Watching the London Marathon restores my faith in human nature, there are so many good, charitable people out there running & walking for their chosen charities, it is so brilliant.
I am really looking forward to walking/jogging in two charitable runs this year on behalf of Wakefield Hospice, the achievement & atmosphere has been indescribable in the last three years events. Better get some training in soon.

Sunshine

What a beautiful day, lots of menial jobs to do but they are so easier to do when the sun is shining. The guinea pigs are out in their pens mowing the back lawn for me so that's a start. Trying hard to resist the stock of chocolate, I need a slimming buddy to help me shed 1/2 stone to get back to my target weight.
Back to listing this evening, still lots of Gisela Graham stock to put on the site.
